Tune in to our inaugural remote episode featuring the celebrated journalist and icon, Myrka Dellanos. Broadcasting from Food For The Poor's warehouse in Coconut Creek, Myrka reflects on her journey from Hispanic immigrant to a prominent figure giving back to the community. Alongside her co-host Sadiel, Myrka participated in Food For The Poor's volunteer packing event, aimed at supplying children in Latin America with essential school supplies. During this event, they engaged in a heartfelt conversation with us about their experiences and the importance of organizations like Food For The Poor and Vida Unida, which unite Hispanics in the U.S. to support those in need.

On her nationally syndicated radio show, "Myrka en la Mañana", listeners call in to share their needs and offer assistance to others, fostering a sense of community and interconnectedness. Myrka emphasizes that the opportunity to help others serves as a reminder of the times we have received help ourselves, while also allowing us to share our personal struggles.

As the episode concludes, we are inspired by the Word of God and reassured that God has a plan for our lives, regardless of the challenges we face.
